Place json file at the app folder location

I am trying to achieve the following steps.  But unable to do so : 

1.Launch Installer

2.Place pipeline.json to the location in/Users/Shared/TheAPP

3.Click Install button on Installer UI (/usr/local/theapp/macOS/installer)
