I'm amazed that I've received no love from the jamfnation community on this post. It's been up here for about a month just collecting dust!

I tracked down our Citrix admin the other day and he didn't know the answer (we're a Windows shop, and have only recently begun to integrate Mac OS X and iOS devices into our environment).
I actually had him start a new case with Citrix Support just yesterday (5/12), so I'm hoping to get this resolved soon.

I'll post my findings when I receive an answer.

Only thing i've seen possible is the URL Generator...

The URL Generator is what Citrix Support suggests as well (https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/receiver/ios/6/mobile-receiver-admin-mobile-receiver-setup.html). I tried it, but have had no luck so far.

Has anyone gotten this to work? I'm looking for a solution to do the same.
