I'm wondering if anyone is deploying the Citrix Receiver iOS app with their Citrix server "pre-populated" so that it is already setup when a user opens it for the first time.
Is anyone doing this now and may I ask how? I'm having trouble figuring this out at the moment.

I'm amazed that I've received no love from the jamfnation community on this post. It's been up here for about a month just collecting dust!
I tracked down our Citrix admin the other day and he didn't know the answer (we're a Windows shop, and have only recently begun to integrate Mac OS X and iOS devices into our environment).
I actually had him start a new case with Citrix Support just yesterday (5/12), so I'm hoping to get this resolved soon.
I'll post my findings when I receive an answer.

+3The URL Generator is what Citrix Support suggests as well (https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/receiver/ios/6/mobile-receiver-admin-mobile-receiver-setup.html). I tried it, but have had no luck so far.
