Hello,
I'm fairly new to jamf pro / protect and just took over partial responsibility for a tenant.
I noticed, that lots of devices do not have the most recent Protect version, even with "automatic updates" enabled. (Most of them on os 12+)
They check-in daily and I can see them as "connected" in Jamf Protect.
Do I have to push the updates manually or is there something else at fault I haven't thought of?
