So with the below permission, if we disable it like the below photo will we still have access to Blueprints and Compliance benchmarks? If so what are the negatives in doing so?

  • An Enable authentication with Jamf ID setting has been added to Settings > Single sign-on > OIDC IdP integration, and is enabled by default in environments integrated with OIDC-based SSO in Jamf Account. You can disable this option to force users to use their SSO credentials to log in to Jamf Pro.

Yes, that's correct if you log in to Jamf Pro using your IDP configured for Admin SSO.

I guess its to either you want to login to JAMF with your JAMF id or via your IDP.  if you select Allow authentication with JAMF ID which will enable to login via your JAMF ID,

@Shyamsundar Not really answering the original question though, I'm happy with iDP over Jamf account login but previously Blueprints and Compliance Benchmarks were gated behind Jamf account.

My original question still stands, by disabling "Allow authentication with Jamf ID" does iDP logins still have access to Blueprints and Compliance Benchmarks etc.

Yes, this just blocks using Jamf IDs to log in to Jamf Pro via Admin SSO, but you can continue using the IDP you configured in Jamf Account to access Pro.
