Hey, I have one Mac's Recovery is locked with a very long password. I never configured this thing and I'm not sure how it happened. How can I fix it?

Hi Mikaba,

Looking on some of the other posts similar to this, it looks like this will need to be removed using a script that runs a few API calls.

The script provided in other topics is : https://community.jamf.com/t5/jamf-pro/m1-m2-recovery-lock-management-script/td-p/279965

You can use DFU Mode on Apple Silicon Macs to get around the Recovery Lock Password as DFU Mode removes it when resetting the device.
