Removing "Create Account"

Yeah, you just need to set the CreateNewUserHide setting to True.

Thanks that did it but now I see another account pop up which is itadmin is there a way to hide that as well? 

Yeah, you can put a list of accounts in the MigrateUsersHide array and those accounts will excluded from that Migrate Accounts picker.

There is an option when creating the config profile to hide the create user button, along with an option to hide certain accounts, like an IT admin account.
