Howdy!

I'm following the wizard to update my apple push certificate. I generate the CSR in JAMF, log into the apple certificate management portal, and upload the CSR. Then I get the error:

You are not a member of the administrator group.

Exception from DS

Any idea how to resolve that?

On Apple Business/School Manager, there are 5 permission levels in the matrix:

* Staff

* App & Content Manager

* Device Manager

* People Manager

* Administrator

Log in to ABM, Click 'Users' in the left column, type your name then on the result in the right column, select 'Details'. Under 'Roles/Locations', it will tell display your permissions.

You need to be an admin to do anything related to certificates or backend permissions.
