Please tell me how can I pull a report that lists all the managed Macs and their OS X version.

Click on Computers
Click on Search Inventory
Create a new "advanced computer search"
Select the criteria you want.
Save.
View.
Scroll down.
Then export it to whatever format you want CSV, TXT, XML.

If all the devices are managed (if not, you can create a smart group with the criteria "Managed"), do a inventory search and at the bottom you will see "export".
