Is there a way to export a report that confirms which users have the screen and system audio recording setting toggled on? The goal is to export a list of users with any settings enabled in that area.

I found something that might be helpful but it's not working 100% yet. Check this post out on Medium, it says its tested on macOS 13 so a bit dated. Trouble I am having with the EA is hat the result reports as "Disabled" no matter what if it's toggled on or off.

It could be done but it requires disabling SIP, and that's an unacceptable risk for the value of information being returned.
File Feedback: and tell the story of how having the ability to remotely read these permissions would help your organization (reduce tickets, be proactive, streamline deployments of updates and OS upgrades, etc).
+5No progress has been made yet. I was attempting to add an extension attribute that would report all the settings related to screen recording, but I haven't had any success so far.

+5@Alvaro1337 I got this working. Use that EA and make sure Full Disk Access is enabled for Terminal
