Is it possible to set screen time using a script in JAMF Pro?

+26iPads cannot run scripts, everything must be done with a configuration profile. ScreenTime is a part of Parental Controls, MDM has no ability to manage it.

Do you know if this is achievable using Jamf Pro API? According to Apple MDM documentation there is a Payload for Parental Control.
