When a user picks a self service policy they see an 'install' button ( or whatever it's named'), and at the top right a small X to exit the policy if they decide to 'cancel' installing that self service policy.
On some computers (laptops) that X is clearly visible while on other computers (iMacs) it is cutoff and barely visible, ( I see it because I know it's there) and am able to click the little remaining visible X to cancel the policy.



Is it possible to also have a second button that is next to the 'install' button called 'cancel'?

I started seeing this as well since upgrading to JSS 9.81

yep, i'm on 9.81 also. Laptops I can see the X fine, while on iMacs the X is barely visible (looks like its hidden behind a up n down scroll bar).



Maybe a feature request to get this 'Cancel' button added next to the 'Install' button.

I haven't seen this myself, but it just sounds like a rendering issue that JAMF will need to look at. Maybe on the new hi-res iMacs it doesn't position the description box correctly. it would not be the first time rendering issues have plagued Self Service, since it is a web view inside the app after all.



Also, it may not be obvious, but you can just click anywhere outside the description box to dismiss it as well, so anywhere on the greyed out area behind the description box will also make it go away regardless of if the 'x' is visible or not.

These are actually older iMacs I am working with 2009-2011 range.
