We upgraded our on prem Jamf Server from 11.1.5 to 11.13.1 and after that when open Self Service is says "Self Service Cannot reach a JAMF MDM server".
When I download a new Self Service from JAMF I just got version 11.1.3?

Problem solved, just checked the box automatic update Self Service in Jamf, I have always done it manually before, but it´s stranged that you can´t download the latest version anyway :)
+8On a system having troubles, try running sudo Jamf policy from terminal, or run sudo Jamf manage and see if it downloads a fresh copy of self service and is able to connect.
+5It´s on all devices, I tried to reinstall Self Service (with same version 11.3.1) cause I don´t get Self Service ver 11.13.1 from JAMF, but still the same error.
