Anyone else experiencing weird behavior related to Self Service on their macOS devices? -iOS SS is functional
-LDAP tests are successful
-Ahead of the holiday, I don't want to experience any downtime

Anyone else seeing the symptoms?

Hi, @JOlivares - Is your JSS hosted on-premise or Jamf Pro Cloud?
- If you press Reconnect are you able to connect to Self Service?
- Is it just happening on one client or multiple? dns issues for instance?


Hi there @txhaflaire , Jamf Pro Cloud instance The error was happening to some clients. After restarting our JIMs the SS error was resolved
