I added Self Service+ to our Self Service "classic" portal today to test out. I noticed when installing Self Service "+" that "classic" quits suddenly, but seems to install "+". Anyone else see this?

Jim

testing the beta version, I had no issues, with the prod version, in my test VM.. installing via Self Service, kills the app, and now, Self Service+ (terrible name) crashes on launch with segmentation fault in the log.

I installed it to test and after launching it and/or the classic version, I get prompted twice with the below message.

Hey @SMR1 , which version of Jamf Pro are you running, please?

Hey @jamf-42 , can you please provide the sysdiagnose from the affected machine?

Also, do you see this happening outside of the Virtual Machine environment?

Can you please give us more information about the Self Service app settings in Jamf Pro? What are the options you are using?

Same on both here as well. Running 11.12.1

Yes, I am seeing the same behavior.  Running 11.12.1.  Self Service classic quits immediately (without warning or displaying any warning messages) when installing the Self Service+ pkg via a self service policy.  Jamf QA testing should be able to easily replicate this behavior.

FWIW, we are running 11.13.0 Jamf Pro on-prem
