I've just started looking at self-service notifications for iOS, but I've hit a snag that I'm wondering if it's a product issue.
When we push the notification out to self-service and the notification centre, the device does not alert nor does it show under notifications.. However, when a user opens self-service they can see a red dot on the notification tab.
I've checked settings and can see notifications are allowed for self-service.
Anyone else experiencing this?
