Is there a way to send alert messages to iPhones manage by JAMF. I can do it in Mac via policy using the JAMF helper. Is there a same method in doing this to iPhones?

Unfortunately, there's no equivalent to jamf helper for iOS. Apple doesn't allow MDM to display custom alert dialogs on iPhones like you can on Mac.

The closest options are Lock Device (with message) or Lost Mode, but both have side effects. This is an iOS platform limitation.

You can send notifications to Self Service on iOS/iPadOS using mass actions. That’s the only way you can do user notifications on iOS/iPadOS. The user will get notified as long as they have opened self service previously and tapped “allow” on the notifications popup to allow notifications.

Was going to mention exactly what @Chubs mentioned.

We use that, but like he said, the user needs to open Self Service prior. We enforce the notifications for Self Service.

Depending on your needs or what you’re trying to accomplish, you could also place a footnote at the bottom of the device. You could create a smart group, and push a Lock Screen message to them.

Along the lines of @mvu, you can also put a more intrusive background on the devices with messaging (granted, not dynamic, but will get your point across lol).
