SettingLanguage and Text Preferance UK Region

Hi guys

I noticed in my excel spread sheet the date format not showing in UK formats

I narrowed it down to the Region in the Language and Text Preference Pane.

Does any one know how i can set the Region to United Kingdom via the command line
