If you have removed and readded the configuration profile, and its still not working Apple may have retired this. I would suggest opening a ticket with JAMF. You could also try to manually make the mobile config and sign it, If apple updated something it will likely take JAMF a few months to update as well. The entire day 0 support talk is a sales pitch.

Found it. I was confused because Apple say "click in the menu bar" to see the items. You need to click on the Clock 😎

and that clock moved to the middle of the screen. (also if you change the clock to the original place (login Items) it works.

How do you move the clock to the original place?
