@playfy Jamf Pro Cloud does have a status page, and it's the best place to check for any ongoing outages, maintenance, or service disruptions before troubleshooting further. It's always worth checking there first if you're seeing unexpected issues with your cloud instance.

Not sure why an 8 year old thread suddenly came back to life, but since it has I’ll mention the jamfStatus app which provides notifications any time the Jamf Status page reports an outage:
