4-5PM PDT? Lots of people in EDT won't be able to attend due to the time. I know I have family commitments after work and won't be able to attend.

Thank you for your message. We had to consider folks from all time zones. This was discussed with individuals from each and this was the decision that was made. We encourage feedback from anyone regarding the time but we are hoping that only being a once a quarter meetup everyone can make adjustments to their schedule for the one day the meetup is scheduled.
