This is not the FileVault screen, this is the Screen lock screen, when I use Control + Q.
Instead of the class lock screen with background, touch id option etc... I only have a black screen with user + password and the message "you must enter a password to unlock the screen"
When you lock the screen, you are not looking at Jamf Connect you are looking at macOS's default login screen. Jamf Connect is only presented when no one is logged in to the device (i.e. after are reboot, or the user logs out). Check your configuration profiles and make sure that TouchID is allowed to be used for device unlock.

I've found the solution of my problem, that was a CIS policy changing the screenUnlock Mode.
Following this post, I have being able to change back the lock screen
