I'm having an issue with configuration of an older device that was previously manage with our old Apple MDM PRIM server. I've assigned this iPad to JAMF through the ABM but it doesn't show up in the pre-stage enrollment on JAMF. I think the device is "looking for the old MDM which no longer exists. Apple configurator doesn't seem to recognize this particular iPad; I think it is due to the old configuration. Can someone offer advice on how to remove or reset the device to allow reconfiguration?
I had that issue but it was because I bought the iPad off amazon not Apple. Did you sync the ABM in Jamf then look?
You can always add it manually .... you know how to do that?

Did you also check all the prestages you have it may have automation been put in another prestage

I'm not sure what you mean by synching the ABM in JAMF. I have multiple centers to which I can assign devices. Our JAMF MDM is an "enterprise" solution for device management so yes, we are synched; I think. Each site has it's own pre-stage enrollment.
