Strange issue that I'm seeing and unable to figure out why. We are trying to lock a device that potentially may have been stolen. It still checks in regularly and Inventory is updated as well but when we try to push the lock command, it fails saying: The device token is not active for the specified topic. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you :D

topic errors are linked to the APNs token not matching what is present on the device. If at any time you renewed the token with a new/different AppleID or the device was offline for a period of time and it was renewed, the token would no longer match what is being used and throw that error. So if it's checking in and reporting inventory, you could still execute scripts against the computer to get its location and file a police report with all the information you have about the device. likewise, you could also execute a script against the machine to wipe it completely as well....
