Hi, I am trying to update 60 MacBook Air.
I pushed JAMF School to update 13.5 from 13.3 skipping 13.4.1 etc.
It keeps failing. I tried updating to 13.4.1 and it stops at 10/15%.
I tried restarting and redo but still failed. Any advise pls.🙏

You will need to gather the install.log from the device to see why its failing. However the message JAMF is giving you, I am going to bet its network access related.
Log in to AppleSeed, and get the Mac Evaluation Tool. Install the Tool on one of the devices and run it, see what comes back as blocked or intercepted.

Should be about half way down the page under Resources. If you don't see it, make sure you are logging in to appleseed with a Managed AppleID or an AppleID with Developer access.
If you are logging in with a Managed AppleID and dont see it, ping your Apple SE as your account may not be flagged correctly.

If I used my admin account will there be any " Unwanted Effect"
I endup running this "sudo launchctl kickstart -k system/com.apple.softwareupdated" to updated to 13.4.1 and used JAMF to upgrade to 13.5. I will still want to find a way to use the Mac Utility.
