Update Recon on clients after JSS is updated

Hi All - was wondering if there is a way to automatically update recon to clients after the JSS on the server is update. is is the same as creating a package and deploy via policy?

Hi @chrisw,

If you're talking about Mac and updating the Recon.app you would have to deploy a new package via a policy to do that. The only portions of the JSS on a Mac client that update automatically are the jamf binary and the Self Service application to my knowledge.
