Good afternoon. Just need your guidance on the best way to update SentinelOne agents using JAMF. I am assuming that the "update agents" function in the SO UI is not the way to go for this case. Do I simply change the pkg in the configuration profiles? TIA!
+26You don't want to update the SentinelOne Agents from JAMF, you want to update them from the SentinelOne console. As far as the JAMF Policy, yes you simply add a new package and update your scripts. The JAMF Policy should really just be used for new installs, let SentinelOne handle its own upgrades.
