Good afternoon. Just need your guidance on the best way to update SentinelOne agents using JAMF. I am assuming that the "update agents" function in the SO UI is not the way to go for this case. Do I simply change the pkg in the configuration profiles? TIA!
You don't want to update the SentinelOne Agents from JAMF, you want to update them from the SentinelOne console. As far as the JAMF Policy, yes you simply add a new package and update your scripts. The JAMF Policy should really just be used for new installs, let SentinelOne handle its own upgrades.
