How are you getting the latest version of Xcode deployed to users Macs?
It's too big to package and put on Jamf and users don't want to spend the time downloading it until forced by Infosec.

+16I let VPP take care of it while also telling IS that given the size and time to install, there needs to be extra allowance for upgrading. If you have users on an internal network, don't forget to set up Content Caching and confirm it can reach the appropriate subnets etc.
