Upgrade Slack while in memory?

Hi,

Does anyone know of a way to update slack via policy/script WHILE slack is running and in memory? I'm looking for a way to silently update slack, even if the update only loads the next time slack opens. The problem is, most of our users have slack on all the time.

    We do it at login and reboot.
