We have a mixed environment of both tethered enrolled devices as well as OTA. Is it still true that we will need to re-enroll only the tethered devices post iOS 6 upgrade? Or will all iPads and iPhones need to be re-enrolled?

Hey Andy-
You will not need to re-enroll your tethered devices or your OTA enrolled devices. Casper Suite version 8.6 is iOS 6 compatible.
