We use Jamf Connect with MS Entra ID and I have a couple of users who's account will allow them to authenticate most of the time, but occasionally it starts looping where it successfully goes through the username and password stage but instead of proceeding into macOS it prompts them to log in again like the mac just turned on. Over and Over. 

Jamf Connect is on 2.27 and MacOS 13.x on brand new M1 Macbook Airs.

Thoughts?

Commenting that I am also having this issue, hoping for a solution!


We're also facing same issue with Jamf Connect 2.27


Same issue, Jamf Connect 2.28.1 and 2.29, macOS Sonoma 14.0/14.1. Changing password through recovery mode will fix the issue, but "normal" fix would be welcomed.
