We are getting the above error on few devices with VPP app. I saw lot of post regarding the same but no solution worked. Any alternate working solution? Thanks

In my case I cannot install nor update Microsoft Remote Desktop. Getting same error.
Install works just fine on Monterey, just not on Catalina. Guess something is broke for Catalina.
Hoping to find a solution (other than upgrading to a newer OS)
