@iOSGenius You can set the lock screen & then display the serial using $SERIALNUMBER

someone has a how in doing this ? for macs and iOS devices

Both are Configuration Profiles:

• iOS: Lock Screen Message Payload
• macOS: Login Window Payload (enter details in the "banner" field)

Check the JSS Admin Guide for other $VARS that can be passed through.

Hello - so I checked out the lock screen info to display on iOS but this will allow me to input manually like to send out a cmd / profile to devices to have the serial number or asset tag field to appear registered in jss for that device to
display for each device and not one by one profile.
