Hi all,

This must be a stupid question, but I don't know where to add in a Configuration Profile (underneath Policies on the left menu)

My Casper instance is quite new, therefore there is no Configuration Profiles yet. I don't see any add buttons to add a new profile.

I have an older Casper JSS instance with existing profiles, and I can see an add button.

We are using Casper JSS 9.91.

Hi,
- do you have an APNS cert installed on the new JSS?
- in Settings -> Computer Management -> Security, is "Enable push notifications" checked?

Thanks Chris for responding :)

Actually, no. I've navigated as you suggested. Within the Security page, the "Enable Push notification" is not ticked. In fact, it is greyed out, so I can't tick it myself. (Yes, I did click on Edit, otherwise everything is greyed out.

Is there something else we need to enable or install within our Casper JSS server to make this available?

.... I'm reading "This required a push certificate...." What is a push certificate? And how do I add it to Casper JSS?

Don't worry, I found this article
http://docs.jamfsoftware.com/9.92/casper-suite/administrator-guide/Push_Certificates.html

I should be able to follow this procedure.
Thanks again, @Chris
