Wondering if anyone knows where the push certificate is stored on an Ubuntu 14.04 JSS server after installing through the JSS GUI?

Where is push certificate installed?

If you're referring to the one you have to download from Apple, that's stored in the database. Specifically the push_notification_keystores table.
