Hi Everyone,
Has anyone else had issue with the white screen issue when trying to sign into teams on macOS? I have created a clear teams cache job on Jamf Self Service portal which fixes the issue but seems to reoccur often and ideally would like to find out the root cause to stop it from happening if possible.
Any advice would be appreciated :-)
haha great the first response is from a spammer/hacker hopefully Jamf delete the Jadde09 account
The white screens in Teams crop up in several places and are likely due to bugs within Teams itself (electron failing to load a page/object). There isn't likely to be much you can do about them beyond quitting and restarting Teams when the occur and installing updates as they become available. For something preventing sign in your best bet is to open a support ticket with Microsoft if you can.
