Best Practice for MySQL DB Config and Tomact

Hi,

iam locking for some basic Settings for mySQL and the latest Jamf Version.
I wanted to know which are the best values for the following items:

MySQL:
Max packet size
Max Connections:
Key buffer size
Buffer pool size

Tomcat:
minimum RAM
Max Ram
