Can't Disable Inactive User Logout In LoginWindow Configuration Profile

I'm running JSS 9.12 and I can't seem to disable the "Log out users after: XX minutes of inactivity" setting in the OS Configuration Profile for Login Window. Any ideas as to whether this is a bug or if I'm doing something wrong?

The check box does not seem to change in the setting. Just set the number of minutes to 0 and save, the checkbox will be off after that.
