Create Multiple Network Locations

I am looking for a script to assist in creating multiple network locations and apply automatic proxy configuration settings to one specific location after imaging

location nps - apply automatic proxy ".xxx.pac
location non-nps will receive no auto proxy

I would also like to remove location - Automatic

Any assistance would be appreciated
