Pro Apps Bundle

We recently purchased The Pro apps bundle that includes Final Cut, Compressor, Motion, Logic and MainStage. The apps got purchase as redeemable codes but we call apple and they converted them to manage distribution, they said it may take up to 24 hrs (has been about 16hrs since they got converted)to show up in our MDM. So far the apps names have show on JSS but it don't show any licenses #, total purchased, or remaing(see picture)

any idea how long it takes to show up the number of licenses? is there any other place on JSS that I need to go and do something?

Go to your VPP accounts icon under settings. Check the VPP account that you had Apple convert your codes to...it's likely that they are there and just not showing up in the Mac App Store catalog or perhaps Apple deposited them on the wrong VPP account

At the moment, there are issues with Apple VPP and other services.
