Is there are way/policy that can be set to rid the JSS of any computers that
are not in our district but maybe still be in the JSS, i.e. if not checking
in after 60 days, delete the computer from JSS?

Run an advanced search to get what you want to delete then at the bottom of the report there is a take action drop menu, you can select delete from there.

I just deleted all our old Macbooks out of the JSS because we don't know how many we are going to bring back into production and kick down to the lower schools, so I ran a report by computer model and deleted them out of the JSS that way.
