Restart After All Policies Run In Self Service

Here is the workflow that I currently have, and if anyone has a better suggestion, by all means let me know.

Install Adobe Acrobat CS6
Install Sassafrass K2 Client
Restart (Required for K2 Client)

We have a limited license for the K2 client and a limited license for CS6 so I can't just push either of them to all machines.

When a user wants to queue up installs in Self Service they may click to install Acrobat, Photoshop etc, but the problem is, each policy is set to restart the computer. Is there any way to tell Self Service to no perform a restart until all queued items have completed running?

Or if you have a suggestion on how to rework my workflow I am all for it.
