Script or App to Auto-Populate Username from iPad

I need an app or any way....from and iPad....to prompt a user to enter their username which will then populate the Username Field in Casper.

Was hopeful someone created some super awesome app! We want students to enter their username in so that that can be used to push out profiles such as mail settings. Right now, we have the students manually re-enroll in Casper.

If such an app existed, I'd imagine it would need to make use of the API if you don't want to re-enroll. And ultimately that would then mean they would have to sign into the app store to download an app which may be more convoluted than just re-enrolling.
