Self Service app with "Only allow some apps" Config Profile

Hello,

Hoping to get a quick answer on this as the Support seem to be a bit swamped.

We're using the "Only allow some apps" restrictions for our 1:1 ipads. This has removed the self service app which is installed during the setup of the iPad. I've added the bundle ID of the Self Service app the to the config profile but it still doesn't appear on the iPads

There seems to be a self service app in the App store so I'm wondering if the bundle ID is linked to this app and the app which is installed automatically has a different bundle ID?

Just looked a bit further into this and it seems the self service is a web clip. Is there anyway to add this to get past the restrictions config profile?
