Self service not connected - conditional access

After we have enabled conditional access I see several clients that suddenly cannot login to Office365 and just keep going into loop. I can see their device is registered in azure as it should.

All the clients with that problem has also the issue that when opening self service it cannot connect to jamf pro. When restarting the client it works again both conditional access and self service.

Someone seen that issue and while this issue all the time is coming back?
