Im noticing that when trying to add a Static mobile device group, its not picking up all the devices that are in the departments within the group. Looking further into why this is happening, not all devices that are enrolled are showing an actual department number. The enrollment process is the same for all devices, either via email or text message so Im not sure why some are showing departments and others aren't, however this is a huge issue for us since this static group is unreliable Im having to go in and enter person by person. Does anyone know why this would be happening and what could be the fix?
