uninstall problems

Hi,

I've got a problem with the uninstall of applications via self service.
The procedure:

1. packaging an application like VLC
2. uploading and indexing the package in Casper Admin ("Allow package to be uninstalled" is ticked!)
3. generating a self service policy for installation,a smart group (application title is e.g. VLC.app) and a selfservice policy for uninstall

The installation works perfectly but when I try to uninstall the application via self service there are still some remains of the application under Applications.
I've tested the problem with the newest 9.96 and with an older version.

Has anyone else seen this issue so far ?

Hey whitebeer,

When you look at the pkg content before installation do the above exist? i think the indexed uninstall will only remove files deployed at installation.
