Tried and tested it out today. It works as advertised.

Every time I changed the name of the computer using any method then ran the second script it changed it back to what is was. This may not be the best method of keeping naming conventions but it works. Just gotta make sure the name is correct when you run the first script.
I am going to start to deploy this on my machines because some faculty who have local admin rights, like to change their computer names.
