Using IIS to Enable HTTP Downloads on a Windows Server 2016 File Share Distribution Point?

Does anyone have any procedures for using IIS to setup a file distribution point on Server 2016? I know there's a 2008/2012 version, but we are running 2016 and not everything translates over the same.

Without going through all the steps myself, what parts doesn't "translate well"?
We are running HTTP DPs on Server 2016 and the guide you link to is the one I used to set our up.
