+6I've tested on network and off network and get the following message when invoking to install CLI tools (xcode-select --install):
"Can’t install the software because it is not currently available from the Software Update server."
Is my timing bad during WWDC?
+12I had that, but I just signed in to my developer account, and then in the downloads section I found the right version of the tools for the version of Xcode and OSX. You then get to download a dmg with the tools in a pkg in there, install that and you have them. They have all of the versions in there available, including the newest ones for the beta releases.
