Apps are not Installing form Self Service and Policy don't update thru terminal.

If you go into Jamf Pro and look at the logs you should get more information there

Usually when I don't have any idea, I get the error message and search on that in the Jamf forum.  When I do that I see this post https://community.jamf.com/t5/jamf-pro/recon-there-was-an-error-message-has-no-content/m-p/82962 

So maybe a way to check is in terminal running

sudo jamf recon

and see if you get the same error, if so you need to look at the extension attributes running and see what is broken ... maybe someone wrote one recently and didn't fully check it

You could also look in the jamf.log file on the machine - it's in /var/log

Also the inventory record on the Jamf server - locate the machine and then history tab > Policy logs and you can look in the details of the failure of your self service job.

I'd also be looking at the self service policy to try and understand where it is breaking.  Like is it all Self service items or just something in particular.  Is there anything shared (the same) on all of the ones that have the problem?
